2. What data we collect
We only collect what you give us through our forms and when you contact us:
- Name, phone number and email.
- Property details and photos, when you list a property with us.
- Your message and anything else you choose to write.
Our server records technical data (such as IP address and access time) for security purposes.
For listing view statistics we keep an anonymous counter, without personal data.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We use the data to answer your request, arrange viewings and promote properties (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: contract or pre-contractual steps) and to keep the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f): legitimate interest).
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to help you and for at most 24 months after our last contact. Contract records are kept for as long as tax and commercial law require.
5. Recipients & Transfers
We do not sell your data. It is hosted on Google Firebase services (European region) acting as processors. It may be shared with partners only as far as needed to serve you, or where the law requires.
Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap and the Leaflet library from unpkg, which receive your IP address. Contact via WhatsApp or Viber takes place in those apps, under their own terms.
6. Your Rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to komotiniproperties@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access to our management system and protection of forms against abuse.
